Postage costs

During the ordering process, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly communicated to you before you complete the order.

The Netherlands and Belgium

For orders with an order value above € 250,- (excl. VAT) is the shipment within the Netherlands and Belgium. free. For orders with a lower order value, the shipping costs are € 9.95 (excl. VAT). If you pick up your order at our service point in Utrecht (the Netherlands), you do not pay any shipping costs.

Delivery can take place on working days (Monday to Friday) between 08:00 and 18:00. When you request a special time delivery, additional costs may be charged for this. To do this, please contact our customer service.

Shipping to the Wadden Islands

Do you want the order delivered to the Wadden Islands? Then additional shipping costs may be charged. Do you want to know for sure what the shipping costs are for a certain product to one of the islands? Please contact customer service.

Shipping to other countries

Your order can be delivered throughout Europe. The shipping costs differ per country and vary depending on the dimensions and weight of the products you want to order. During the ordering process, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly communicated to you before you complete the order.
